The Lake Cumberland region is considered one of the finest fishing and pleasure boating areas in the Eastern U.S. and is the preferred destination for anyone seeking natural beauty and relaxation. You can expect friendly management and comfortable fully furnished, spacious homes, all within a safe and beautiful community. There are even 3 swimming pools to choose from within the resort, tennis courts & a general store.  A free county boat ramp is right next to the resort with easy access to Big South Fork River and Lake Cumberland.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have a fully equipped kitchen, a place to grill out along with the individuality and quiet only a home can offer?  Each of our properties are unique, many featuring private hot tubs and Jacuzzis. The resort is only 15 minutes from Burnside State Park which features a new golf course, an additional boat ramp and a picnic area & playground.

The Lake Cumberland region enjoys a four-season climate. Winters, though sometimes brisk, offer many days mild enough to boat, fish, and golf; Spring at Lake Cumberland brings along with it the renewal of wildflowers, magnolias, dogwoods and azaleas, and is a photographers dream. Lake Cumberland in the Fall is a time of the year when the leaves turn brilliant shades of crimson, terra-cotta, and bronze. The clear, starry nights are a sight to see!
